1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PNCL sports betting platform operated by PNCL N.V., a company incorporated and registered in Costa Rica, whose registered address is San José, Costa Rica ("PNCL", "we", "us", "our").

PNCL operates under the jurisdiction of Costa Rica, incorporated under the laws of Costa Rica.

By creating an account or using any part of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to register and use our services.
• You must not be a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law, including but not limited to the United States of America, United Kingdom, France, and any other jurisdiction where PNCL holds no licence to operate.
• You must not be a person who is self-excluded from gambling services or subject to a court or regulatory order prohibiting your participation in gambling activities.
• You may only hold one account per person. Opening duplicate accounts may result in immediate closure and forfeiture of balances.
• You must act on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

3. Account Registration and Verification

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to keep your account information up to date at all times.

PNCL reserves the right to request identity documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) at any time to comply with our KYC and AML obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified may result in account restriction or closure. See our AML & KYC Policy for details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@parify.bet if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits which are displayed at the time of transaction. PNCL does not accept deposits from third parties — all funds must come from a payment method registered in your name.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. PNCL may request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and may take up to 5 business days.

Any funds deposited into your account must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Deposits that have not been wagered may be returned to the originating payment method at PNCL's discretion.

5. Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted subject to our Betting Rules. A bet is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation message with a bet ID. PNCL reserves the right to decline or limit bets at its absolute discretion.

Odds are subject to change at any time prior to confirmation. In the event of an obvious pricing error ("palpable error"), PNCL reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake, or settle the bet at the correct price.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms detailed in each promotion's conditions. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly.
• PNCL may modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus at any time.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting, use of multiple accounts, or structured play designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account closure.

7. Prohibited Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PNCL and may result in immediate account termination and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or any tool to gain an unfair advantage.
• Systematic exploitation of pricing errors (arbitrage abuse).
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Allowing another person to access or use your account.

8. Responsible Gambling

If you believe you may have a problem with gambling, please contact our support team or reach out to a recognised support organisation such as BeGambleAware or GamCare.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PNCL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruption.

PNCL's total aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Gambling involves risk. PNCL is not responsible for any financial losses you sustain as a result of betting activity on the platform.

10. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support at support@parify.bet. Any pending bets will remain open until settlement. Remaining balances will be returned subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.

PNCL may close or suspend your account at any time with or without prior notice if: you breach these Terms; we suspect fraudulent activity; we are required to do so by law or regulatory directive; or it is necessary to protect the integrity of our platform.

11. Changes to Terms

PNCL reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an on-site notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Costa Rica.

Before commencing formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@parify.bet to seek an informal resolution. PNCL aims to respond to complaints within 5 business days.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the PNCL platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and data feeds, is the property of PNCL N.V. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Betting Rules, AML & KYC Policy, and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PNCL with respect to the subject matter hereof.
