π« Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion allows you to block access to your PNCL account for a chosen period. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the period expires.
Available self-exclusion periods:

1 Year
Extended break

Long-term exclusion
To request self-exclusion immediately, contact our support team at support@parify.bet or use the self-exclusion tool in your account settings (available upon login). We will action your request within 24 hours.
During self-exclusion, we will use reasonable endeavours to prevent the creation of new accounts. Any remaining balance will be returned to you subject to completing standard verification.
π° Spending & Loss Limits
You can set voluntary limits to control your gambling activity. Limits apply to rolling daily, weekly, or monthly periods. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
Deposit Limit
Maximum amount you can deposit per day / week / month.
Loss Limit
Maximum net loss you can sustain per day / week / month.
Wager Limit
Maximum total amount staked per day / week / month.
Session Time Limit
Maximum continuous gambling session duration before you are logged out.

β° Reality Checks & Time-Out
Reality Checks: You can configure reminders that appear at set intervals (e.g., every 30, 60, or 120 minutes) showing your session duration and net position. This helps you stay aware of how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered.
Time-Out: A time-out allows you to take a temporary break from gambling for a period of your choice (typically 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). During a time-out, your account is suspended but not closed. Contact support to activate a time-out immediately.
